YST Talent supports talented young athletes, coaches and officials to achieve their sporting and academic potential by achieving a balanced lifestyle of training, competitions, schoolwork, exams and family life. It can also be accessed by parents of young athletes on how best to support their child.
The Youth Sport Trust has successfully delivered talent education and support programmes for over a decade to thousands of young athletes, coaches and officials, many of which have progressed to achieve at the highest level including performing at previous Olympic and Paralympic games.
YST Talent helps young people to balance their sporting commitments with their academic studies, to build the right support team and to ensure that they understand what it takes to be the very best.

YST Talent online modules are supplied by Youth Sport Direct Ltd, the commercial arm of the Youth Sport Trust charity. 100% of Youth Sport Direct profit is reinvested in youth sport.
Face-to- face Workshops
YST Talent can also be accessed through face-to- face workshops delivered by highly trained tutors and experienced athletes who provide a unique insight into the world of performance sport. Through these workshops, young athletes receive advice and guidance that will help them on their journey to success.
